We promise hassle free and reliable online shopping experience.

Delivery Time: 

1. Orders within India are delivered within 5-7 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. International Shipping may vary from 2-3 weeks. 

Shipping Charges:

1. Within India, meshkatea.com provides Free Shipping for orders above Rs 1500. There will be extra shipping charges for international orders.

Order Status:

1. Once your order has shipped, the shipping and tracking information is emailed/messaged to you from our shipping vendor. You can use your tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website. 
2. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
3. If you still have any questions, write to us at wecareforyou@meshkatea.com, and your issue will be addressed.
4. Alternatively, we update shipping details against your order on our your page in our website.

If you not at home?:

1. We know you have things to do, so you may not be home for the delivery. The carrier is free to decide whether they should leave the package at your door or request you to collect it from the nearest pickup center. An intimation for the same would be given to you.

Return:

1. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 working days. Once we receive the returned item at Meshka (Assam) we will then give a full refund through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. (Excluding shipping and Tax Amount as we are unable to refund the same with the cost of your order).
2. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service (with a Tracking ID).
3. We will be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
4. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may choose to not accept the return. If accepted, all goods will be inspected upon return and only then be processed for the refund.

Refund Timeline:

1. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return/refund to be processed.

Discounted Items:

1. Return/Refund/Cancellation is not applicable to discounted items.

Channel Sales:

1. Meshka (Assam) will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Cancellation:

1. Orders can be cancelled any time before a payment is made or a dispatch is done. Once the dispatch status/payment status is reflected on our system, a cancellation would only be possible by means of the return policy.
